The following information and Parent Code of Conduct on page two is intended to establish our mutual expectations and avoid any disputes that may arise during the season.
Sponsor Support:
All AUFC players are encouraged to support all club sponsors.
AUFC Uniform Purchase:
AUFC asks its players to purchase uniforms every three (3) years. 2015 is an “on-year”, which means that all players are required to purchase a full team kit.
AUFC Schedule Expectations for the Year Practice
Senior (U15 – U18) teams are expected to train 2 times per week July – December.
Juniors (U11 – U14) teams are expected to train 2 times per week July – November.
Parent Code of Conduct:
AUFC strives to create champions both on & off the field. We believe that it is the duty of every member of the club, including our coaching staff, to create the most positive environment possible for all players when participating in any AUFC function, including training sessions and games. By parents adhering to the following Code of Conduct, we believe that it will assist our players in their development as both soccer players and productive, responsible young men.
Therefore, the undersigned parent agrees:
1. To abide by AUFC's Bylaws, published policies and procedures.
2. To refrain from teaching players unsafe or unsportsmanlike conduct.
3. To accept the decisions of the referee, no matter how unfair they may seem. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that AUFC will not tolerate the verbal or physical abuse of referees and constitutes grounds for immediate termination as a member of AUFC.
4. To provide all players with a positive and safe learning environment that encourages respect for all.
5. To support the goals & objectives of the coaching staff.
6. To support the player’s participation by being on time for all training sessions & games, providing the necessary transportation to and from AUFC activities and being fiscally responsible to pay team expenses.
I understand and agree that any violation of this code of conduct may result in a range of consequences (depending on the severity of the infraction), including, but not limited to permanent loss of club membership in AUFC. Such consequences shall be determined by the club’s coaching staff.
